NEW PARISH COUNCIL

2008-2009

I am pleased to inform you that on June 4^th, 2008 at the Annual General Meeting of the Parish, the following individuals were elected or appointed to serve on the St. Nicholas Parish Council. Each member will serve for a period of three years. 

Elected are: Mr. Robert David and Mr. Richard Lutfy

Appointed: Mr. Danny David.

I wish to thank the outgoing members Ms. Carol Maker, Ms. Christine Kouri-Guerrera and Mr. Gary Tabah.

For those who were not able to attend the AGM, you can obtain a copy of the AGM booklet at the Church. Copies are located at the Meridah in the vestibule of the Church.

Immediately following the Annual General Meeting, elections were held for positions on the Parish Council Executive.

Councillor Committees and Organizations

Work is done through committees which review matters and liaise with the exisiting  Parish organizations and make recommendations to council. I encourage members of the parish to contact the Church office to volunteer their time to act on any of the committees listed below. The names associated with each committee are the Liaisons to the Parish Council:
